My passion for understanding the complexity of processes, services and products and making them much more navigable, friendly and empowering began at the age of 16 when my father invited me to join the family business.

This company is dedicated to the attention of private aviation in the Peruvian territory. Clearly, the airports, the planes and the VIP passengers led me to embark on this not so easy adventure, but quite challenging and encouraging journey where I learned my drive for Customer Experience and Design.
